Nobody’s fighting me for these houses. That’s usually what makes them worth doing.
Metro Atlanta, one at a time. I’d rather take on the house nobody else wanted and finish it right than turn over three in a hurry.
What I’ve
worked on.
Brooklawn is finished. The other three are still going.
What it looks
like finished.
Brooklawn Court, done. New kitchen, reworked the living room, rebuilt the entry.

How I
work.
Find the overlooked one
Good bones, dated decisions. Usually a house that’s been lived in and loved, then left alone for twenty years.
Work out what it should be
Before anything gets torn out. Where the light comes from, how the rooms should connect, where the kitchen actually belongs.
Do it properly
The choices nobody sees matter as much as the ones they do. Cutting corners shows up eventually — usually on someone else.
Hand it over
Finished, sorted, and ready for whoever lives there next. That's the part that makes the rest of it worth doing.
Monopoly IRL.
It started as a joke. It stuck because it’s not far off — I read metro Atlanta like a board. Which streets, which corners, and which houses nobody has touched in twenty years.
The actual work is renovations. Dunwoody, East Cobb, Doraville, Acworth, Walton and Pope — the houses most people scroll straight past. I take them on and I finish them.
I post the whole thing here as it happens.
Still going.

Got a house
to talk about?
Sellers who’d rather skip the listing, anyone looking to partner on a project, or someone sitting on a house they don’t want to deal with. Tell me about it.
